U19 Teams (2003-2005 Birth Years)

Capital Soccer Club will run both male and female teams in the U19 age groups.  We will run these groups in an "academy style" format and a development model endorsed and executed by top soccer clubs across the world that assign a multi-age collection of players to a single training group.  Players in our U19 teams are in the final stages of their youth development which started as U10's in our Youth Academy teams.  The focus on technical mastery and advanced tactical instruction, along with physical and psychosocial elements of the game, will be stressed in training with these age groups based around Capital Soccer Club's comprehensive club wide curriculum.
